You'll be responsible for the general upkeep of a buildings electrical system. There will be a requirement to inspect facilities and electrical systems regularly, conduct routine maintenance, perform repairs and fix faulty wiring when necessary.

The Ideal Person

  • City and Guilds in Electrical Installations or Equivalent
  • Electrical Industrial Experience
  • Good working knowledge of alarm systems and fire detection systems


Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing on industrial electrical systems.
  • Ability to use your initiative to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems
  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, fire alarm system and access control systems.
  • Perform facility inspections and audits and report any issues raised to facilities manager.
