Legal Administrator (£35k+) (Tech Company)

This role will be Hybrid working - 3 days at Home, & 2 days in State of the Art Belfast City Centre offices- Permanent position.

Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm, with a 1-hour lunch) - Full flexibility available on start and finish times.

Salary

£30,000 - £35,000 (Fully Negotiable) + additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks, alongside real opportunities for progression (also 33 days holidays, and free car parking + much more)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team
  • Set up, organise and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with policies, procedures and standards
  • Maintain and update Legal databases and tracking systems
  • Process and track Legal work, record and monitor deadlines and update status
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy
  • Process and distribute documents effectively
  • Prepare and maintain Legal reports

The Ideal Person:

  • Strong Legal Administration or Support experience is essential
  • Legal/Law degree educated is highly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team without close supervision is essential
