About you
- Hold a CIPD Level 5/7 qualification in Learning & Development or Organisational Development (desirable)
- Proven experience in a training and development role, ideally within construction or facilities management sectors
- Strong knowledge of designing and delivering bespoke training programmes with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel if required
- Passionate about developing others and promoting a learning culture
What you'll do
- Manage and continually improve the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records and competencies are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including logistics and supplier management
- Deliver business-wide needs analyses and develop customised training solutions
- Support the performance and succession planning processes through development planning and competency mapping
- Facilitate safety-critical and compliance training, ensuring all mandatory requirements are met
- Build strong relationships across teams to embed a learning culture and support talent development
- Provide regular training and compliance reports and support audits and reviews
