About you

  • Hold a CIPD Level 5/7 qualification in Learning & Development or Organisational Development (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a training and development role, ideally within construction or facilities management sectors
  • Strong knowledge of designing and delivering bespoke training programmes with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel if required
  • Passionate about developing others and promoting a learning culture

What you'll do

  • Manage and continually improve the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records and competencies are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including logistics and supplier management
  • Deliver business-wide needs analyses and develop customised training solutions
  • Support the performance and succession planning processes through development planning and competency mapping
  • Facilitate safety-critical and compliance training, ensuring all mandatory requirements are met
  • Build strong relationships across teams to embed a learning culture and support talent development
  • Provide regular training and compliance reports and support audits and reviews
