Role: Learning & Development - Permanent - County Antrim

Job Overview
VANRATH is pleased to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation in the recruitment of a junior-level Learning & Development professional. This hands-on role will provide support across learning and development initiatives, helping to build employee capability and enhance workforce performance.

Key Details:

  • Salary: Up to £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programmes.
  • Support onboarding, training, and upskilling initiatives across the organisation.
  • Maintain learning records and manage training databases.
  • Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team and contribute to ongoing projects.
  • Work with managers to identify learning needs and support workforce development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.

Essential:

  • Some experience or interest in HR, L&D, or a people-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, keen to learn, and willing to contribute to team projects.
  • Professional approach to handling confidential information.
