Job Overview
VANRATH is pleased to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation in the recruitment of a junior-level Learning & Development professional. This hands-on role will provide support across learning and development initiatives, helping to build employee capability and enhance workforce performance.
Key Details:
- Salary: Up to £30,000
- Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programmes.
- Support onboarding, training, and upskilling initiatives across the organisation.
- Maintain learning records and manage training databases.
- Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Work with managers to identify learning needs and support workforce development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
Essential:
- Some experience or interest in HR, L&D, or a people-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, keen to learn, and willing to contribute to team projects.
- Professional approach to handling confidential information.
