Salary/ Benefits
In order to attract the very best talent on the market a generous remuneration package is on offer of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. In addition to this, the position comes with a range of fantastic benefits including company car, bonus, pension, and much more.

VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading hospitality firm to recruit a Lead Sales Executive to join their growing team.

The Ideal Person

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C or above including English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 x A levels grade C or above or equivalent qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 - 5 year's relevant sales experience in a Printing & Packaging industry or similar
  • Show evidence of working towards and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
  • Ability to proactively use your own initiative and prioritise workloads whilst maintaining deadlines
  • Ability to operate effectively and flexibly within a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to work cross-functionally across the team
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Professional level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships with employees at all levels and external clients and suppliers
  • Competent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Competent IT Literacy, with proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel



Responsibilities

  • Leveraging business from new and established relationships
  • Promoting label products to new and existing customers
  • Creating a database of viable targets across a number of new and existing verticals
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Appear as the point of contact for sales in relation to Labelling, externally & internally
  • Labelling content creation when pitching
  • Extensive knowledge on Labelling products
  • Assist with the stock taking of labels
  • Assist in the development and delivery of the agreed sales actions for the company
  • Attending networking and other industry events
  • Preparing reports on all activity (successes, failures & challenges) and on all competition in the industry
