Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline inbound shipments
- Optimise cost-efficiency across all procurement activities
- Maintain accurate stock levels and resolve any order discrepancies
- Use ERP systems for real-time inventory and order management
- Support returns, stock audits, and expiry monitoring
- Liaise across departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiar with ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Third-level education in supply chain, procurement, or a related field
