The Ideal Person


If you've 1-2+ years' experience working in a Technical Support/Service Desk environment and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity:

  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly in order to provide effective levels of support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of remote connection technologies


Desirable

  • Knowledge/Experience of SQL
  • Knowledge of web technologies
  • Working knowledge of windows folder security and user permissions
  • Working knowledge of different client/server operating systems.

Responsibilities:


As a Support Analyst, you will:

  • Provide 1st line support - logging, investigation, escalation or resolution of client issues
  • Maintain an accurate record of client contact details in collaboration with Senior Analyst.
  • Ensure a high level of communication within internal departments.
  • Resolution of reported issues which fall outside the Service desk.
  • Ensure raised incidents are resolved in a timely fashion to comply with pre-existing service level agreements
    (SLAs)
