IT Senior Business Analyst (InsureTech)

Job Description


An IT Senior Business Analyst is needed to expand the team at my client's Insurtech software business. With major support from its American parent corporation, which was established more than 25 years ago, the company is actively expanding its workforce.

In addition to supporting business operations, the business analyst will offer advice on how to enhance the organisation's internal structures and processes.

The ideal candidate will typically have at least three years of experience in a comparable role, solid familiarity with the whole SDLC, and prior experience working in an Agile technical setting. With a view to eventually expanding into a full PMO team, you will initially join a small team of Business Analysts.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Business Analyst in a Software Firm/Data house
  • Full Experience of the SDLC
  • Experience in Data Analysis
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Experience in JIRA/Power BI/ SQL/ Microsoft 365
  • Work experience managing stakeholders or in a client-facing position previously is essential
