- Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician
- Salary: £30,000-35,000 - open to discussions based on experience
- Location: Fully remote - applicants to be based in NI
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am

What you'll bring:
- 1+ year in IT support/helpdesk
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows, networking (IP/DNS/VPN), and SaaS tools
- Great communication and customer focus
Desirable:
- Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing tools
- Familiarity with VoIP/ SIP based systems
- Exposure to financial services
