- Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician
- Salary: £30-35,000 - open to discussions based on experience
- Location: Belfast
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, hybrid working arrangements (2 days from home)
Join our clients team as an IT Helpdesk Technician, supporting around 600 users in a fast-paced environment. You'll handle day-to-day issues across hardware, software, and networks, while also getting involved in IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements, offering a great opportunity to develop and grow your skills.

Essential:
- Experience in IT support/helpdesk or desktop support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, networks, and hardware support
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Relevant IT qualification or 3-5 years' experience
Desirable:
- Certifications like CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+)
- Certified training qualification in Office 2010 / 2013/2016
- Proven experience in training others
