JUNIOR IT Business Analyst - FMCG

Job Description

Business Analyst with 1-2 years' experience is required for a Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) based in Co. Dungannon. The Business Analyst will assist in the delivery of business systems implementations across the multiple sites within the group.

You will have direct reporting responsibilities to the IT project manager and the ability to work alone as well as in a team.

The primary responsibility of the position will be to communicate with users and business managers to comprehend, record, and prioritise business requirements. When it comes to the functionality of the software throughout its lifecycle, you should be able to establish a connection between the company, the development team, and any other stakeholders. End user test scenarios and test scripts, as well as delivering weekly updates to project managers outlining progress against milestones, status updates, issues, and risks, will all be part of the role.

Essential Criteria:
-Ideally 2 years of Business Analyst/Consultant experience
-Experience of the full systems delivery lifecycle using traditional waterfall or agile delivery methodologies
-Interacting with end users at various levels within an organisation
-Experience in software testing or end user training
- Ability to gather and meet clients' requirements

Hybrid working (3 days in office 2 at home)
20 days Annual leave + Stat days
Up to 35K of a Salary + 6-month salary review (DOE)
2 stage interview process
