VANRATH is delighted to be collaborating with a firm who specialises in quality home and work space innovations and expertise as they expand their IT team. This is a fantastic chance for an IT Administrator to expand their skill set and grow in this company through the many opportunities in holds.

Remuneration:

The role

The successful candidate will:

  • Have responsibility for their ERP system
  • Diagnosing and supporting employee's technical issues with their IT including hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and internet connectivity.
  • Maintain the current technology infrastructure to ensure that it is reliable, optimised and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain infrastructure resilience, backup, and recovery.
  • Ensure that the technology infrastructure is secure and remains so, working closely with the IT external provider.
  • Deliver on agreed IT strategy on the achievement of goals and objectives to meet with organisational growth plans.
  • Maintain information technology and computer systems, monitoring network technology change and delivering on same.

The Ideal Person

The ideal person will have:

  • 2 years' experience in an IT Administrator role or similar position
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and other Office packages
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Desirable

  • 2 years' experience working with ERP System
  • Experience with ShopWare, Firebird or automation platforms
  • Background in integrating with E-Commerce API's, writing API Clients, and building work-flows.
