- Job Title: ICT Engineer
- Location: Magherafelt & surrounding areas
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours
We're working with a growing organisation in the manufacturing space- this is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced environment.
The Role
It's a broad and varied role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology and likes expanding their skillsets across different areas of IT and the business.
What You'll be Doing
- Provide 1st line ICT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
- Work closely with the ICT team and other departments to identify and implement improvements in ICT support and communication.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, peripherals and other IT equipment.
- Support the implementation of new software, workflows and IT processes, including user training.
- Contribute to ICT projects, documentation and continuous improvement across the organisation

- A strong approach to technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with users at all levels.
- A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership of issues.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing your own workload.
- A proactive and process-driven approach to your work.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
