Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a customer-focused HR service.
- Drive continuous improvement, employee engagement, and the delivery of strategic HR projects.
- Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support HR aspects of organisational change, including integration and acquisition activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed communication, wellbeing, and employer branding programmes.
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a broad HR generalist role, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and resolve challenging situations professionally.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office, using data to support decision-making.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results effectively.
- Approachable, resilient, and collaborative, fostering positive relationships across the organisation.
