Job Title: HR Co-Ordinator
Location: Derry/Londonderry
Duration: Full Time / Permanent / Hybrid

VANRATH are partnering with our client located in Derry, with the appointment of a HR Co-Ordinator.
You will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day HR operations providing advice and expertise to a large site, communicating with colleagues at all levels.
You will look after:
- Absence management and recruitment support
- Assist payroll with queries
- Confidential personnel records management
- Data accuracy in HR metrics
- Employee contracts and documentation management
- End-to-end recruitment management
- Health, safety, and diversity reporting
- Manage Time and Attendance system
- Onboarding new employees process
- Temporary staff recruitment coordination

The Person:
- 2 years' experience in a HR Administrator role providing extensive HR Admin support to all functions.
- CIPD qualification
- 1 years of recruitment experience, preferably recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Experience of record maintenance with knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
