The HR team is small but impactful, working closely with site leadership to drive meaningful change and support business objectives.

About you:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar sectors
  • Strong track record managing employee relations end-to-end
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote leadership
  • Solid understanding of Irish employment law; UK law knowledge is a plus
  • Skilled in coaching managers and building on-site HR capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in Monaghan with flexibility to travel weekly to Blanchardstown once a month

What you'll do:

  • Lead local people plans aligning with wider HR strategy to support operational excellence
  • Develop trusted relationships with site leaders across locations to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Manage employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Implement and communicate HR policies tailored to each site's needs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Support organisational change projects and restructure activities at site level
  • Manage reward programmes and recognise performance and contributions effectively
