HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Tech Sector)

VANRATH is presently partnering with one of Northern Ireland's most exciting Technology firms, who due to sustained growth have created a new HR & Recruitment Coordinator role within their growing HR team. This will be on a full time permanent basis, with hybrid working available.

The company in question has built a strong brand name in the NI tech sector, with state of the art facilities and a huge focus on their people and culture, which has all contributed to making it one of NI's leading employers of choice.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist who really enjoys the recruitment side of their current role and is open to the idea of being the lead Talent Specialist, or a TA Specialist wanting to get more involved in other HR related duties.

  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of internal and external channels
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding
  • Providing accurate information for reporting
  • Working with external partners to generate referrals
  • Arrange and organise recruitment days
  • Management of all correspondence with candidates
  • Maintenance of accurate records

The Successful Candidate

  • HR Generalist or Hybrid Talent / Hr skill set with 3 + years exp
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A desire to continually challenge and improve existing processes
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
