VANRATH is presently partnering with one of Northern Ireland's most exciting Technology firms, who due to sustained growth have created a new HR & Recruitment Coordinator role within their growing HR team. This will be on a full time permanent basis, with hybrid working available.
The company in question has built a strong brand name in the NI tech sector, with state of the art facilities and a huge focus on their people and culture, which has all contributed to making it one of NI's leading employers of choice.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist who really enjoys the recruitment side of their current role and is open to the idea of being the lead Talent Specialist, or a TA Specialist wanting to get more involved in other HR related duties.
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of internal and external channels
- Screening, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding
- Providing accurate information for reporting
- Working with external partners to generate referrals
- Arrange and organise recruitment days
- Management of all correspondence with candidates
- Maintenance of accurate records
The Successful Candidate
- HR Generalist or Hybrid Talent / Hr skill set with 3 + years exp
- Exceptional communication skills
- A desire to continually challenge and improve existing processes
- Strong interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
