HR Administrator (Progression Opportunity)

Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a HR Administrator for a leading employment provider company. This is an award winning CIPD company, that proves to be the best spot for an individual in Human Resources.

This role will involve a Hybrid working model, with 3-days a week at home, and 2-days a week being spent in the Belfast offices.

This is a Monday - Friday Permanent position.

Salary

£20,000 - £22,000 p/a + Leading Benefits & HR Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR team on recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Report on real time vacancies and forward plan, identifying potential shortfalls.
  • Source candidates on a wide variety of platforms including social media, cv databases, professional networks, referrals etc.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and employee specifications.
  • Prepare advertisements and liaise with sourcing partners to attract and recruit new talent.
  • Manage and update recruitment/HR systems.
  • Shortlist candidates and conduct interviews when required.
  • Be the main point of contact for all recruitment queries.
  • Responsible for the administration and coordination of training and development activity.
  • Produce and distribute course joining instructions and evaluation forms for all delegates.
  • Assist with the production, printing and distribution of training material.

The Ideal Person

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSE's at grade C or above to include Maths and English
  • Proven track record in a fast paced and challenging Recruitment/HR environment
  • Excellent IT Skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Excellent sector knowledge & contacts
  • Track record in managing end to end recruitment lifecycles
  • Experience in developing brand initiatives
  • Knowledge of using social media
