Job Title: HR Administrator

VANRATH is working with a well-established organisation in Lisburn to appoint an HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy HR team, providing administrative support across a range of HR activities in a professional and supportive environment.

About You
- Previous HR administrative experience
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Prepare standard HR documents such as contracts, letters, and forms
- Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and processing applications
- Support onboarding processes for new starters
- Respond to basic HR queries and direct more complex queries as appropriate
- Assist with absence recording, holiday tracking, and general HR reporting
- Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee data
- File and organise HR documentation in line with company procedures
