The Ideal Person


Achievement of or working towards CIPD Level 3 and 2 years' experience of HR administration duties.

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to deliver results and seek programmes of improvement.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, nurturing relationships throughout the organisation
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy


Responsibilities


As HR Administrator you will:

  • Be the superuser for the internal HR systems
  • Ensure the accurate and timely upkeep of the HR management systems
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures and forms are accurately saved and maintained
  • Assist with the administration of recruitment and pre-employment checks
  • Ensure all sickness absence documentation is correctly maintained
  • Assist in the minute taking of any meetings including investigation, disciplinary, grievance and performance
  • Support in the delivery of employee engagement activities throughout the organisation.
