HR Administrator - Resourcing
Ongoing temporary contract

VANRATH is delighted to partner with one of Northern Ireland's best-known public sector organisations, as they seek to appoint an HR Administrator to their resourcing team on a temporary ongoing basis.

The Role
The role will support the HR Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the Resourcing service within this organisation. Providing a modern, professional and customer focused HR administrative service to support the vision and mission of the organisation through:

  • Resourcing
  • Producing a range of general correspondence and ensuring paper records are filed accurately
  • Ensuring electronic systems, databases and spreadsheets are maintained accurately and on a timely basis
  • Ensuring equality monitoring information is accurately and confidentially maintained
  • Carrying out a wide range of generalist HR duties



The Person

  • Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade c or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths
  • Have at least 2 years' experience of working in an HR administration function
  • Competent in the use of Windows and other Microsoft applications
  • Experience of meeting the needs of both internal and external customers



Applicants must have access to a form of transport which enables them to fulfil the requirements of the job.

This role offers an attractive base of £10.63 per Hour (£20,452) and the opportunity to build your skills and work in an exciting HR focused role.
