VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk / Facilities Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Belfast.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday position (with an early finish Friday)
Permanent position - Position of work is Belfast (City Centre)

Responsibilities:
- Internal and external emails
- Raising and closing jobs on Facilities Management side of the business
- Raising Purchase Orders to our Supply Chain side of the business
- Answering the phone to clients and engineers
Ideal Criteria:
- Experience with Microsoft Office package
- Experience in a similar client/customer facing role
- Helpdesk experience
- Experience with CAFM systems advantageous
