About you:
Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Extensive senior finance experience, ideally within regulated multi-site environments
Proven track record in management and board reporting, financial control, and strategic planning
Strong skills in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial risk assessment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
Trustworthy, pragmatic, and commercially savvy with a collaborative approach
What you'll do:
Guide the organisation's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives
Lead financial reporting, governance, and internal controls across the group
Manage cashflow, banking relationships, and funding strategies
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support operational decisions
Lead or support strategic projects including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing
Initiate and oversee technological improvements within finance and operations
Provide financial insights to operational teams to enhance decision-making and efficiency
Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team to excel in a dynamic environment
