About you:
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Extensive senior finance experience, ideally within regulated multi-site environments
- Proven track record in management and board reporting, financial control, and strategic planning
- Strong skills in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial risk assessment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
- Trustworthy, pragmatic, and commercially savvy with a collaborative approach
What you'll do:
- Guide the organisation's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives
- Lead financial reporting, governance, and internal controls across the group
- Manage cashflow, banking relationships, and funding strategies
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support operational decisions
- Lead or support strategic projects including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing
- Initiate and oversee technological improvements within finance and operations
- Provide financial insights to operational teams to enhance decision-making and efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team to excel in a dynamic environment
