The role reports directly to the General Manager and the Corporate Finance Team, providing a chance to influence the financial strategy of a celebrated hospitality landmark.
About you
Significant senior-level finance and accounting experience, ideally within hospitality
Previous experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader
Strong commercial acumen with excellent financial analysis skills
Proven track record managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with hotel finance systems and accounting software
Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
What you'll do
Lead the preparation of management accounts, P&L statements, and financial reports
Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and meet business targets
Deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and insightful financial analysis
Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic commentary on key trends
Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements
Oversee the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning
Present financial results and KPIs to senior stakeholders
Manage external audits and liaise with relevant authorities
Oversee payroll and labour cost management
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to deliver excellence
