Financial Controller (FTC 12 Months)
VANRATH is delighted to be working exclusively with a well known construction company in Craigavon. The successful candidate will have a full handover and previous experience in this industry would be advantageous. This is initially a contract position but the right candidate will be considered for a permanent post with the business.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small finance team of 5 to ensure that department objectives are achieved
- Producing and distributing Monthly Accounts Reporting Pack in line with agreed timescales
- Manage company risk liabilities through management of the balance sheet and monthly meetings the FD
- Planning for and preparing the annual budget for the business
- Preparation of Year End Audit File
The Person
- Professional Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong IT skills including delivering high-quality, financial information to senior management
- Excellent communication and fantastic organisational skills along with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
Remuneration
Circa £55,000
