About you
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a senior finance or Financial Controller role within an international or complex organisation
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and international compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Confident stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing finance team
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide strategic financial insights that support organisational growth and operational efficiency
- Ensure robust internal controls and continuous improvement of financial procedures across the organisation
