About you

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a senior finance or Financial Controller role within an international or complex organisation
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and international compliance standards
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels

What you'll do

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing finance team
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide strategic financial insights that support organisational growth and operational efficiency
  • Ensure robust internal controls and continuous improvement of financial procedures across the organisation
