About you
Extensive senior finance and accounting experience, ideally within hospitality
Proven track record as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader
Strong commercial and financial analysis capabilities
Skilled in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
High accuracy with attention to detail
Experience with hotel finance systems and accounting software
Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
What you'll do
Lead the preparation of management accounts, profit/loss statements, and financial reports
Partner with operational teams to drive profitability and support business objectives
Provide accurate forecasts, budgets, and insightful financial analysis
Monitor financial performance and communicate key trends and opportunities
Develop and enforce robust financial controls and policies
Manage external audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Oversee payroll and labour cost management
Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to deliver excellence
