About you
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive finance management experience
- Proven background within manufacturing, distribution, or similar sectors
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Experience with financial controls, statutory reporting, and audits
- Knowledge of process improvement and financial systems implementation
What you'll do
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and report findings to senior management
- Maintain financial controls, oversee reconciliations, and coordinate external audits
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimise manufacturing costs and inventory management
- Oversee cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital management
