VANRATH are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturing company based in Omagh, renowned for its innovation and delivering high-quality projects With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are expanding our team to include a commercially astute Financial Controller who will be pivotal in driving financial strategy and ensuring our continued success.

The Role;
Lead a team of 5 Financial and Cost Accountants
Ensure complete financial control is maintained including compliance with applicable GAAP, corporate accounting policy and audit requirements.
Oversee monthly reporting for site, and communication of results to all stakeholders.
Oversee the Monthly R&O and quarterly forecasting process.
Participate in formulating and delivering business strategy.
Drive business improvement and support this through the provision of accurate and timely financial information, working closely with the cross functional managers.
Provide support to commercial decision-making processes and business development.
Ensure annual planning and budgeting process is delivered on time
Manage the working capital cycle of the business
Provide cash flow analysis.
Support successful implementation of new IT systems and structures.
Support and approve all Capex strategy.
About you
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Proven management experience in a commercial environment,
Significant experience as a financial or business analyst.
Must have expert Microsoft Office Products experience, specifically with Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word as well as the ability to learn corporate ERP system.
Evidence of comfort and familiarity dealing with senior stakeholders.
