About You

  • Minimum educational qualification of A level standard or equivalent; degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a busy finance environment
  • Proven skills in analysing, manipulating, and reporting on large data sets
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Responsive to change within a fast-paced setting

What You'll Do

  • Analyse and report on financial and sales data for senior management
  • Maintain and update customer databases and price lists
  • Calculate monthly rebate payments across various regions using third-party data
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams to resolve queries
  • Prepare month-end reports and manage reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
  • Manage group email communications across multiple regions
  • Assist the wider finance team with various ad hoc tasks as required
