VANRATH are currently working with a public services body based in Belfast who require a Finance Administrator to join their team on an interim basis. Initially this contract is set to run until May 2023 however, due to the nature of the organisation there is potential this could extend.
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for the provision of efficient, timely, accurate and confidential administrative support to the Finance and Corporate Services functions as well as to the wider office.

The Ideal Person


If you've 2+ years' experience working as a Finance Administrator and are available at short notice:

  • Comfortable with purchase and sales ledger
  • Experience in the use of Sage Accounts or similar accounting software
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products


Responsibilities

As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Administer financial procedures and policies
  • Bank and statement reconciliation
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries
  • Contribute to reports on financial performance
  • Month end processing
