About You:

  • Possess comprehensive experience working on all vehicle makes and models
  • Must be NVQ Level 3 / VCQ Level 3 qualification
  • Skilled in diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical equipment
  • Comfortable working independently and in team settings
  • Strong understanding of warranty procedures and parts requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose complex vehicle problems efficiently using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources
  • Perform routine servicing and repairs according to manufacturer and organisational standards
  • Keep the service reception informed of progress and complete timely vehicle condition reports (VCRs)
  • Identify warranty repair needs and execute repairs with proper authorisation
  • Support team colleagues to ensure workshop targets and deadlines are met
