VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting a Programme/Change Manager for a large HSCNI organisation. Our client oversees Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Recruitment, Human Resources (HR), Pay, Travel and Subsistence Management for HSCNI. This is an excellent opportunity for an ERP Programme Manager to play a key role, for an extremely important project, at this point in the organisations transformation.

Project

Replacement of managed services contracts for critical business systems (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Recruitment, Human Resources (HR), Pay, Travel and Subsistence Management) to support and enable the modernisation of Finance, Procurement and HR technologies.

The Ideal Person

  • The Programme Director is seeking a hands-on individual with at least 7 years experience to assist in prioritising, defining and driving delivery of the projects roadmap.
  • The role holder should have a working knowledge of emerging IT and digital opportunities.
  • Prepare the region for the new system implementation through optimal and appropriate use of change management techniques to ensure stakeholders are engaged, committed and are supported to achieve a smooth transition.
  • Be cognisant of operational stability and the demands of competing pressures through the programme delivery cycle.
  • Procure systems which can technically evolve and upgrade within an everchanging digital environment and maximise the benefit from new technologies;
  • Standardise business processes through the use of integrated technology solutions and automate these processes, where possible, to reduce reliance on manual intervention and drive consistency;
  • Develop robust and practical programme governance solutions across HSC learning from previous implementations, to ensure governance is appropriate for each stakeholder grouping;
  • Develop and implement a robust plan for the transition to new replacement system(s), ensuring appropriate resource is identified and secured to manage the transition, both technical and functional, to fulfil existing contractual obligations regarding exit strategies;
  • Provide sustainable system support post implementation to ensure the provision of accessible, flexible, secure and resilient services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of an enterprise-scale solutions across HR, Finance & PALs environments.
  • Ensure that Programme and Project methodologies are rigorously applied to all aspects of the Programme.
  • Responsible for alignment of project progress against business case objectives/strategy.
  • Sets parameters for the prioritisation of resources and the changes to be implemented.
  • Leads the on-going monitoring and review of the programme for impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised.

Remuneration:

The salary on this role is in line with the HSCNI BAND 8B pay scale, with other discount perks.
