About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, preferably within an agency setting
  • Solid knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation
  • Practical experience using platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp
  • Proven ability to build segmentation and personalisation strategies across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, confident working with various teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute email marketing strategies across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Design, implement, and optimise automated workflows, including lifecycle and behavioural campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign delivery from initial planning through to performance analysis
  • Manage email activity using platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
  • Create targeted segmentation and personalisation strategies to enhance campaign results
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing clear, data-backed insights
  • Work closely with paid media, content, and CRO teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Serve as the in-house email marketing expert, sharing insights and best practices across the team
