About You
- At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, preferably within an agency setting
- Solid knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation
- Practical experience using platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp
- Proven ability to build segmentation and personalisation strategies across B2B and B2C audiences
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and reporting
- Strong communication skills, confident working with various teams and stakeholders
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute email marketing strategies across a portfolio of client accounts
- Design, implement, and optimise automated workflows, including lifecycle and behavioural campaigns
- Coordinate campaign delivery from initial planning through to performance analysis
- Manage email activity using platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
- Create targeted segmentation and personalisation strategies to enhance campaign results
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing clear, data-backed insights
- Work closely with paid media, content, and CRO teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Serve as the in-house email marketing expert, sharing insights and best practices across the team
