About You

  • Minimum 1 year experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM and marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
  • Experience developing segmentation and personalisation strategies across B2B and B2C
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver email marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Build, manage and optimise automated flows, including lifecycle and behavioural campaigns
  • Plan and execute campaign activity from concept through to reporting
  • Manage email campaigns across platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
  • Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve performance
  • Analyse campaign results and provide clear, data-led recommendations
  • Collaborate with paid media, content and CRO teams to support integrated campaigns
  • Act as the internal email specialist, sharing best practice and insights across the business
