Dispatch Analysts (shift working)

Job Description


VANRATH are recruiting temporary ongoing Dispatch Analysts to join a busy essential services team. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, customer service, communication and conflict management skills. It is essential that the post holder be willing to work a 24/7 shift pattern with the potential for over time and cover requirements

Remuneration
This role offers a starting salary of circa £34,000 plus full shift allowance, holiday entitlement and benefits exclusive to VANRATH

Location
This is an office based position in the Craigavon area. Candidates will be required to have access to their own transport.

Responsibilities
As a Dispatch Analyst, you will be able to work under pressure with high attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills. A high degree of flexibility and teamwork is vital in this role. The post holder will maintain the highest professional level of telephone manner at all times. Demonstrating the ability to combine a team approach with individual initiative, while being responsible and accountable for their decisions and possess highly developed organisational skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and interpret numerous sources of information is essential, to ensure all relevant facts are collated before cascading information to repair resources.

The ideal candidate:

  • GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Proven experience of responding to queries and complaints from the general public and responding appropriately.
  • Exceptional IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate responses to a high volume of cases.
  • Highly effective verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proven and advanced experience in dealing with difficult customers in a customer focused environment.
  • Experience of working shift patterns is highly desirable.
  • A current driving licence due to location of offices
