VANRATH are recruiting a Design Engineer to join a rapidly growing business, designing and developing material processing plant machinery.

Remuneration:
£28k to £33k dependant upon experience

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design aspects of the manufacturing process
• Concept and design of options based on product requirements or special quotations generated through dealer requests
• Develop design changes using 3D CAD and produce engineering drawings
• Attend team meetings as the design lead to provide expert insight
• Provide technical support to production departments
• Development projects
• Departmental improvements
• Provide design support and expertise to the wider engineering team

The Ideal Person:

• Third level qualification in Design Engineering
• Minimum 1 years experience in Design office
• Advantage: Experience in material processing or plant machinery
