Data Engineer ( Renewable Technology )

Background:

My client recognises the central role that Data and Digitalisation will play in achieving its exciting business strategy. My client is looking for candidates with a strong foundation in SQL, Data Warehousing and Application support.

Day to day:

- You must have hands on experience with SQL Server Technologies. Including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and visualisation through the likes of Power BI.
- You will have the responsibility for providing technical data solutions and direction across the team with the ability to communicate in technical and non-technical terms depending on audience
- Able to support and change assistance across a variety of platforms, including infrastructure and code

Essential criteria:

- Solid experience in design, development and implementation of data models / solutions to meet business needs
- High competency and Knowledge of SQL within an IT working environment
- Development exposure within , SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Data Visualisation
- Prior experience in supporting business critical data models / solutions
