In order to attract the very best talent on the market a generous remuneration package of £26,446-£30,095 per annum.

The Ideal Person
As a Creative Learning Assistant with the College, you will take a proactive role in supporting staff and helping manage the College's learning technology systems.

  • Experience of using and working with a major Virtual Learning Environment
  • Possess the ability to work independently, remotely and be proactive
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use multimedia tools to create videos,screencasts and animations
  • Driving License and Access to Vehicle Required

Responsibilities
As The Creative Learning Assistant, you will

  • Provide end-user support for learning technologies and identify common issues and make recommendations in how these could be addressed.
  • Assist in the maintenance of Canvas, the College's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and other learning technology systems including video and e-portfolio platforms
  • Identify where staff require instructional design support and liaise with the Learning Technology Manager and Creative Learning Manager to provide the necessary training.
  • Assist in the integration of Canvas, the College's new Learning Management System (LMS), providing training and support for staff.
