About the organisation
VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a Belfast based SME, as they look to recruit a Company Accountant to join on an initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known local business during a prolonged period of growth.
The Company Accountant will report to the Finance Director and provide support on a variety of financial matters.
About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE or Part Qualified
- Strong work ethic and comfortable in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in a similar role
- Immediately available
What you'll do
- Preparation of quarterly accounts
- Preparation of cashflows, development of projections and budgets
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Producing board reports on monthly basis
- Production of year end accounts
- Management of small finance team
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and controls.
