Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Belfast
The Opportunity

The firm advises a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, corporate occupiers and high-growth businesses, and is known for its pragmatic, commercially driven approach.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-value and complex commercial property transactions within a collaborative and well-resourced team.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Development work, including site assembly and disposals
- Portfolio management for investors and corporate clients
- Supporting clients across a variety of sectors
You will also work closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and construction teams to deliver integrated, commercially focused advice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property / real estate work
- Strong technical ability with a commercial, solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Able to manage your own caseload and work effectively within a team
- Interested in business development and building client relationships
