Commercial Building Surveyor (Consultancy)

An exclusive opportunity for a Commercial Building Surveyor to join our Clients successful Commercial Services team in Belfast. The Belfast Office has a large portfolio of private and public sector clients and is at the forefront of their national delivery to the property sector, with a high profile and strong reputation for delivering high quality services.
The Ideal Person
A relevant RICS accredited Building Surveying degree along with a driven attitude to progress your career and learn. Previous experience within a commercial setting is desired but not essential
Responsibilities
As a building surveyor you will have numerous responsibilities including undertaking a wide variety of Building Surveying and Project Management roles in order to support an already successful Department with a broad range of clients including landlords, occupiers, investors and developers.
Remuneration
c£30,000 per annum + a fantastic range of benefits
