The Ideal Person

If you've 2-3+ years' experience working in a similar role and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity to get into the cloud space:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Technologies including Windows 10
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Background of working autonomously, working for multiple clients in multiple environments
  • Helpdesk experience supporting small to medium sized businesses
  • Azure experience (Advantageous)



Responsibilities

As a Cloud Support Engineer you will:

  • Responsible for support of Microsoft and Citrix-based products and technologies such as Citrix Desktops
  • Support of Office 365, and Windows/Apple devices
  • Responsible for logging incidents and resolving support requests
  • Responsible for meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands
  • Provide effective and timely solutions in a very fast paced environment where multitasking and attention to detail is critical.
