The Ideal Person

If you've 1+ years' experience working in Helpdesk/Service desk Environment or an entry level IT Support role and you're looking for an opportunity to step into the world of Cloud technology and get exposure to new and exciting tech stacks:

  • 1+ years of Helpdesk/Service desk experience
  • 1+ years of supporting Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Experience Supporting Office365 Environments
  • Excellent communication and ability to grasp new concepts



Responsibilities

As an Cloud Support Analyst, you will:

  • Logging incidents and resolving support requests
  • Provide escalation support to all clients.
  • Meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery plans
  • Support of Microsoft based products and technologies
  • Act as main point of contact for staff from all office location, with excellent exposure across various technologies and infrastructure
  • Provide excellent organisational skills, including maintenance and design of internal policies and procedures.
