Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

  Manage all aspects of the charity's repatriation services, ensuring timely and compassionate delivery.
• 
  Coordinate with international partners to streamline the repatriation process.
• 
  Ensure compliance with international legal and medical requirements.

Financial Oversight:

• 
  Oversee the charity's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
• 
  Manage donor relationships and the financial reporting process.
• 
  Prepare financial reports for trustees and regulatory bodies.

Stakeholder and Team Management:

• 
  Lead and support a team of staff, volunteers, and Trustees.
• 
  Maintain strong relationships with donors, advisors, and partner organisations.

Fundraising and Public Relations:

• 
  Drive fundraising initiatives to ensure financial support for the charity's mission.
• 
  Represent the organisation at public events and manage media communications to raise awareness.

Family Support:

• 
  Serve as the primary contact for bereaved families, offering empathetic guidance throughout the repatriation process.
• 
  Provide compassionate communication tailored to the sensitive nature of each case.

Regulatory Compliance and Future Planning:

  Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

  Collaborate with Trustees to plan for the charity's sustainability and growth.
