Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Billing Administrator for a leading Design contractor in Belfast.

This company is reknowned for the development of their staff and also top class progression opportunities.

Monday - Thursday - 8.00 - 17.00 - Friday 8.00 - 15.00

Salary:

£21,000 - £22,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package - Yearly Salary Reviews - Discretionary Bonuses & Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Recording data on a daily basis
  • Administrative duties in a busy front office
  • Processing expenses and preparing for payment
  • Matching invoices to Purchase orders & Delivery Dockets
  • Petty cash handling and reconciling
  • Invoicing Experience

The Ideal Person:

  • Administrative Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • 3-12 months Finance/Invoicing/Billing Experience
