A leading Not-For-Profit organisation based in Belfast is keen to recruit an Assistant Finance Officer to join their team on an interim contract. Are you a finance professional with month end experience, and immediately available to start.

Client

A leading Not-For-Profit organisation based in Belfast city centre is keen to recruit an Assistant Finance Officer to join their team on a long-term interim basis. Reporting to the Finance Officer, this role will be responsible for producing, monitoring, and maintaining payment processing systems.

This opportunity has the potential to interview immediately!

The Ideal Person

If you are a Finance professional who is available for an interim contract:

  • Qualified as an accounting technician or part-qualified accountant
  • Available to start at short notice
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong reporting skills

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Finance Officer you will:

  • Process monthly payroll activities
  • Maintenance of fixed asset register
  • Completing payment runs
  • Assist Finance Officer with year end accounts
