Application Support Analyst

Belfast | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a well-established organisation in Belfast. This is a hands-on role supporting a range of business-critical applications across both on-premise and cloud environments.

You'll investigate and resolve technical issues, analyse and debug applications, work with SQL and relational databases, support business users, and provide root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. You'll also liaise with development teams and third-party providers where required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years' experience in Application Support

• Strong SQL/database and troubleshooting skills

• Experience analysing and debugging technical issues

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• A willingness to learn new technologies

Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL Server, SharePoint, BI applications, APIs or cloud technologies would be advantageous.
