Agile Business Analyst- Senior

My client is on a journey and is looking for some exceptional talent to create a new team that specializes in Agile for financial services. The team will be made up of Agile Business analysts and consultants to help their clients to deliver complicated solutions using scale agile methods.

The client, a leader in assurance, tax, consultancy, and strategy, uses financial products, domain knowledge, and technological infrastructure to provide a better working environment for its clients. You will contribute your knowledge of utilising Agile Business Analysis techniques (E.g. User Story refinement) within large-scale Agile delivery frameworks (E.g. LeSS, DAD, SAFe).

The ideal applicant will collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile Product Owners to guarantee that the most valuable work is delivered in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as an Agile BA within Large-Scale Agile delivery teams
• Build an understanding of the client's global capabilities and assets to bring the best to clients
• Assist in training and developing the team, regardless of seniority
• Demonstrate experience of User story refinement and Data modelling techniques

Essential criteria:

• 2+ year's experience of performing as an Agile BA; preferably as part of a large-scale Agile delivery product or programme - ideally within Financial Services
• Certification in one or more of the following SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, or PRINCE II
• Practical hands-on experience using tooling that enables Agile delivery - E.g. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins
